As agreed at the meeting of the Joint Working Group on Agriculture between India and Argentina held in Buenos Aires, Argentina's National Institute of Agricultural Technology (INTA) and the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) have adopted a Joint Research Work Plan for the period 2025-2027 to promote agricultural technologies and knowledge for the benefit of both countries. The progress made in this important cooperation is the result of agreements reached during the historic summit between Argentine President Javier Milei and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Buenos Aires in early July 2025.
