CRIMINAL RECORD CERTIFICATE BY AGENT:
1.- The person who is in abroad must appear at the Consulate with an ID card and complete the Application for the Criminal Record Certificate, delivered to the Consulate or downloaded from the website:
http://www.dnrec.jus.gov.ar/SolicitudCertificado/Default.aspx?mod=exterior
2.- Pay the consular fee of 30.00 $ for the application for a criminal record certificate before the National Registry of Criminal Records.
3.- In the event that the appellant does not have another authorization for a representative and requires such a procedure, you must enter page (www.dnrec.jus.gov.ar/Atpartic_Mandatario.aspx), item "Download authorization".
From there, print and fill out the authorization for the Agent. You will need to pay the consular fee of 60.00 $ (private document under the figure "I sign before me).
4.- Taking the fingerprints of both hands. It must be carried out by the Consulate staff.
5.- Both forms must be sent by the individual to the agent, for the initiation of the procedure before the National Registry of Criminal Records in the Republic.
6.- A true photocopy of the applicant's original ID card must be attached.
7.- The certificate is printed by the interested party from the website www.dnec.jus.gov.ar/ "Access your criminal record certificate".
To be presented abroad, this document must be legalized at the Ministry of Justice and then apostilled, translated and apostilled or you can opt for a consular certificate (in Spanish/English). In this case, you must contact us with all the details of the procedure and request an appointment. The fee for the consular certificate is 40.00 $.
**OBSERVATIONS: the form "Request for Criminal Record Certificate", shows values in pesos with bar codes at the bottom. They are the ones that the President must pay in the Republic, prior to their delivery to the National Registry of Criminal Records.
